Thomas Ferro and his associates bring more than 100 years of combined experience ranging from small firm operations to substantial public and private companies and publicly traded entities. We are small enough to provide you with personal care yet large enough to provide comprehensive representation and advocacy in any accounting arena.

The Principals:

Thomas A. Ferro MBA, CPA, CGMA has served as controller to multiple for-profit and not-for-profit entities and as chief financial officer for privately held waste processing and recovery firms, in addition to being the chief executive officer of a $20MM company. His mergers and acquisition experience includes working on both the buyer and seller side of over 50 deals, ranging from $100k to over $240MM, primarily in the waste and recycling industry. Tom brings this unique background to compliment his 30 plus years’ experience in public accounting and taxation.

Arthur J. Ferro brings more than 50 years of experience in the accounting industry in both public accounting firms and private industry. He operated his own firm for over 30 years in all facets of taxation serving as a management consultant, controller, and Chief Financial Officer.

Mala R. Ali has over 25 years of accounting experience in all roles in private industry and small business consulting. She has an in-depth knowledge of a myriad of accounting programs, including full versatility in Quick Books, Sage Products, and other proprietary billing, accounts receivable, and operating programs. Mala has a broad working knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, integrating administrative and accounting functions with financial modeling. She brings an expertise in preparing clients for financial audits and reviews.
